From the 12^th to the 21^st of July the National tournaments made history being held simultaneously across 10 days at Hunter Ice Skating Stadium.

Across all games we saw a lot of very closely matched teams. Close scores with only one or two goal differences emphasised how well our players are developing around the country.

Some teams had a difficult tournament with some blow-out scores but it didn’t hold them back from competing and working hard every game.

The rink was a hub of activity throughout the tournaments with friends, family and hockey fans coming along to enjoy the games. The chants, the decorations, the yelling and support from the crowd to the teams lifted the atmosphere and made it a set of tournaments to remember.
